How can I customize the email my customer receives after opting in to a product?
When a customer purchases or signs up for a digital product in your store, they'll automatically receive a confirmation email. These emails use our standard template by default, but you can fully customize them to match your brand and voice! Check out this article to learn how! 💌
Customizing Your Confirmation Emails
- Head over to your My Store tab and select the product you'd like to customize.
- Select the Options tab and then scroll down to Confirmation Email.
- Once selected, you will be able to edit the confirmation to your liking!
- When you're done, be sure to click Publish or Save As Draft in order to save your changes!
