How can I customize the email my customer receives after opting in to a product?

When a customer purchases or signs up for a digital product in your store, they'll automatically receive a confirmation email. These emails use our standard template by default, but you can fully customize them to match your brand and voice! Check out this article to learn how! 💌


Customizing Your Confirmation Emails

  1. Head over to your My Store tab and select the product you'd like to customize.

  1. Select the Options tab and then scroll down to Confirmation Email.

  1. Once selected, you will be able to edit the confirmation to your liking!
  2. When you're done, be sure to click Publish or Save As Draft in order to save your changes!
