Why are Payment Plans Not Available to Me?

This feature is only available on the Creator Pro plan. To upgrade, visit your Settings tab in your account, or click here to learn more.

If you are unable to toggle on the "Add Payment Plan" option for your product, there may be a few reasons why. Please check the following:

  1. Ensure that you are on the Creator Pro plan in your Settings > Billing tab.
  2. Next, please be sure that you are integrated with Stripe. Payment Plans are not available with PayPal at this time!
  3. Ensure that you have logged into your Stripe from Settings > Payments > Manage and verify that there are no settings that need updating.
  4. Payment Plans (Afterpay, Klarna, and Stan Payment Plans) are currently unavailable with the following features:
    • Funnels
    • Recurring Membership Products
    • Products with Order Bump Enabled
