Why are Payment Plans not available to me?

This feature is only available on the Creator Pro plan. To upgrade visit your Settings tab in your account, or click here to learn more.

If you are unable to toggle on the "Add Payment Plan" option for your product, there may be a few reasons why. Please check the following:

  1. Ensure that you are on the Creator PRO plan in your Settings > Billing tab
  2. Next, please be sure that you are integrated with Stripe. Payment Plans are not available with PayPal at this time
  3. Ensure that you have logged into your Stripe from Settings > Payments > Manage Account and verify that there are no settings that need updating
  4. Payment plans (Afterpay and Kalrna) are not currently unavailable when using the following features, so please check if any of your products fall within these categories:
    • Funnels
    • Recurring Membership Products
    • Products with an Order Bump Enabled
