Why is my account balance different than my revenue?

Your Total Revenue will include:

  • The total revenue that you've made since starting your Stan Store account, including all transactions made via Stripe and PayPal
  • All funds prior to transaction fees being taken out

But, your Account Balance or Available for Cashout section will only include:

  • Funds that have been made via Stripe
  • Funds that have fully processed via Stripe
  • Your funds leftover after all transaction fees have been taken out

How to tell if your funds have been processed via Stripe or PayPal


You can easily tell where your payments have been processed by heading to your Income tab and hovering over the (?) next to your Total Revenue.


From here, you will see the Revenue Breakdown between Stripe and PayPal like below:
