How to Pause Your Customer's Subscription

Does your customer need to take a break from a Recurring Membership or other subscription? You can "pause" this on their behalf through your Customers tab! Follow along to learn how 🧑‍🏫


Pause Subscription

To pause a customer's subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Customers tab.

2. Filter the list based on Active Subscription.

3. Click on the customer whose subscription you want to pause.

4. Under the Subscription section, click on the three small dots on the right of the active subscription.

5. Click on Pause Subscription.
