How can I limit access to a course for a certain timeframe?
There are two ways for you to limit course access for participants:
Manually Revoking Access
After a specific timeframe has passed, you can manually revoke access to the course by following these instructions:
- Go to My Store > Click on the 3 horizontal lines image next to the Course you would like to Revoke Access to.
- Next, scroll down to the section named Users and locate the customer you would like to remove from your course
- Click on the 3 dots "..." next to their name > select Revoke Access
Automatically Revoking Access with Subscription Payments
Another option is utilizing the subscription payment option for the course and setting the duration to the desired timeframe. At the end of the timeframe, Stan will auto-revoke access for each participant.
- Go to My Store > Click + Add Product
- Choose eCourse as the product
- Head over to the Checkout Page tab > then scroll down to Pricing
- Select the Subscription toggle > then toggle on the Cancel subscription after setting.
- Choose the timeframe and click Publish!
