Why is PayPal not Connecting to my Stan Store?
If you’ve connected PayPal to your Stan account but are receiving an error message, there may be a few underlying causes. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to help identify and resolve the issue! 🛠️
Common Causes of Error Messages:
- You have not verified your email for your PayPal account yet.
- PayPal should have sent you a verification email after you completed the setup. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder just in case!
- PayPal has not yet verified your PayPal account to receive payments.
- You'll need to be sure to add and confirm a valid bank account. You can follow this link here to learn more about verifying your PayPal account.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps:
✅ Make sure your browser's pop-up blocker is turned off
✅ Make sure you use (or create) a Business PayPal account
✅ On the last setup screen, click Return to FindCommunity Inc.
✅ Look for a verification email from PayPal and verify your account.
✅ Ensure a valid bank account is linked to PayPal
