How Do I Manually Give Access or Add a Customer to a Product?
Looking to have a friend proofread your product, or want to give free access to a loyal customer? Read through the steps below to learn how to grant free access to your products on Stan Store ☺️
How to Grant Product Access to your customers
- Head to the Customers tab in your Stan account.
- Use the filter to find the customer you want to grant access to.
- Once you have filtered to the customer, then click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner.
- From the dropdown, select Grant Product Access.
5. Next, select the product you'd like to grant access to from the dropdown.
6. Click Grant Product Access to confirm!
🚨 Please triple-check that access is only being granted to the desired customers! There is no way to revoke product access on a large scale, so any mistaken access granted will need to be revoked manually.
