How to Access Your Stripe Custom Account (Update Public Details, Personal Details, Payout/Bank Details, etc.)

If you're ever wanting to update any information (including Public details, Personal details and your Payout/Bank Details) inside of your Stripe Custom account, you can access your Stripe Custom account from your Stan dashboard by going following the steps below -

  1. Login to Stan and click on Settings in the bottom left
  2. Select Payments from the top tabs.
  3. Click on the Manage Account button next to Stripe.

  1. Once you click on Manage Account, you should notice a pop up window that will ask you to sign into your Stripe Custom account

  1. Once you're signed into your Stripe custom account, you can edit your public details, personal details or go ahead and scroll down to where you see the Payout Accounts section and click on the pencil icon to update your payout details successfully.



Reminder: You will not be able to login from the normal connect.stripe.com or Stripe Mobile App to view and/or manage your Stan Stripe account. Instead, you'll need to login to Stan to do so by following the steps above.


Troubleshooting

If you're still unable to edit the bank details, you may need to try clearing your cache:

  1. Log off from Stripe.
  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies: How to clear: https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
  3. Log back in to Stripe.
  4. Then retry the process

Using a different browser have solved the problem many times for our users so please give that a try if the first solution does not work.
