Can I Customize an Invoice Through Stan?
‼️ Invoices and receipts for completed customer purchases cannot be customized.
Creators cannot add or edit customer addresses, business details, tax IDs, VAT information, invoice numbers, line items, or other reporting fields on those documents.
Need documentation for tax or accounting purposes?
Stan’s invoices and receipts may not include every field required in your country. If you need additional information on a document for an existing sale, you may need to use separate invoicing software. Please consult a qualified local tax professional regarding your reporting requirements.
What is Stan's "Send Invoice" Feature?
If you'd like to send an invoice with Stan, you can search for your customer in the Customers tab, click into their purchase history, and click Send Invoice in the top right-hand corner. You can also fill in and customize the Description and Price fields.
Manual invoices are for collecting a new payment and cannot be used to customize or reissue the receipt/invoice associated with an existing Stan purchase.
If you're looking to download invoices for your monthly Stan subscription payments, you can find these by heading to Settings > Billing and clicking Download.
