What emails will my customers receive from me?

What Your Customer Will Receive From You

If your customer purchased a product from you, they will receive 2 emails:

  1. A product confirmation email with the actual product inside of it
  2. An email from Stripe with a receipt - it looks like the following:

🚨 Please note:

  • Customers will not receive Stripe receipts for Recurring Membership charges. They will only receive a receipt for the first initial payment.
  • If more than one Product was purchased through a Funnel with an Upsell, they will receive a separate email for each Product they purchased.

If your customer purchased a Collect Emails/Applications (with a product file or link attached) or a Digital Download Product they will receive the following email:

If your customer purchased a Book Time On Your Calendar Product they will receive the following email:
