How to Organize Your Resources in Community

Do you have a ton of resources in your Community that need organizing? Look no further! You can now re-order your resources and organize them into folders! Check out this article to learn how ✅


How to Re-Order Community Resources

  1. Navigate to your Community
  2. Select the Resources tab
  3. Click and hold one resource and drag it over the resource you'd like to reorganize. Hold the first resource over the second for a second until they switch places


How to Create Resource Folders in Community

  1. Navigate to your Community
  2. Select the Resources Tab
  3. Drag a resource over an existing resource and let go quickly (less than one second). Heads up — if you hold too long, it will reorder the resources!

Adding Resources to an Existing Folder

  1. Select the resource
  2. Drag it over the existing folder and let go quickly (less than one second)

Removing a Resource from a Folder

  1. Select the folder
  2. Click the three dots on the resource you'd like to remove
  3. Click Ungroup
