How to Cancel Your Stan Account
Although we're bummed to see you go, you can cancel your Stan subscription at any point by logging into your account and following these simple steps!

How to Cancel my Stan Subscription
- Log into your Stan account > click on the Settings tab in the bottom left-hand corner
- Select the Billing tab
- Then click Cancel Subscription and follow the remaining questions to cancel your account.
Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your Store until the end of your billing cycle!
Can I Pause My Stan Subscription?
While there isn't a way to pause your subscription on Stan right now, you can always cancel for now and then come back when you're ready. We will keep all your account information for ya so you can pick up where you left off.
Will I Lose Any Progress If I Cancel My Account?
Nope! All of your store progress, products, analytics, emails and more will stay safe on Stan! If you cancel your subscription today, you can reactive your Stan Subscription at anytime to pick up where you left off!
How to Reactivate my Stan Subscription
When you're ready to come back, follow the simple steps to reactive your Stan account:
- Head over to https://admin.stan.store and select Login
- Login to your previous Stan account using your login credentials
- If you can't remember your password, you can always reset it from this page
- You will then be prompted to enter an active credit or debit card to reactive your account
- After clicking submit, your credit card on file will be charged right away and your Stan Store will be live!
🚨 Please note!
Before cancelling your Stan account, we recommend:
- Manually cancel your customers' membership subscriptions if you have one, or they'll continue to get charged
- Cash out your hard earned funds from your Income tab
