How to cancel your Stan subscription
We get it—if you're ready to take a break, we're here to make that easy 💜 Whether you just want to stop being billed or fully delete your account, here’s how to do it.
Cancel your Stan subscription
- Log in to your Stan Store account.
- Click the Settings tab in the bottom left menu.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps.
💡 You'll be able to access your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
Want to fully delete your account and data?
If you want to permanently delete your Stan account (including all store data and login access), just email us directly at friends@stanwith.me. We'll walk you through the next steps to make sure this is taken care of 💪
Frequently asked questions
Can I pause my Stan subscription?
Stan doesn’t currently offer a way to pause your subscription—but you can cancel anytime and come back when you're ready. We’ll save all your account info so you can pick up right where you left off 💫
Will I lose any progress if I cancel my account?
Nope! All your store progress—including products, analytics, emails, and more—will remain safely on Stan. If you cancel your subscription, you can reactivate it anytime and pick up right where you left off ✨
How do I reactivate my Stan subscription?
- Log in to your Stan Store using your previous Stan credentials (Forgot your password? No worries—you can reset it on the Login page)
- Enter a valid credit or debit card when prompted
- Click Submit. Your card will be charged immediately, and your Stan Store will be live again!
💡 All your products, settings, and data will still be there—just as you left them.
