Common Feature Requests On Our Radar

At Stan, our main priority is making sure that you have all the tools and systems in order to help you run your online business smoothly! With that being said, there are a handful of features that Stan does not offer yet, but either are on our Product Roadmap, or we're thinking about building soon! 🏗️

Below is a list of common feature requests that we've received that are on our radar:

Pricing Tiers / Different Payment Options 💳

Similar to product bundles, you may be looking for a way to set up different pricing tiers or offer a couple of different ways to charge your customers without having to add a new product per pricing tier.

At this time, we do not have a native solution to offer pricing tiers under one product offer; however, you can always create these different tiers by creating a new product for each tier or payment option.

Connecting a Custom Domain to Stan 🔗

Although we do not have a way for you to connect your custom domain to Stan yet, you can set up a forwarding rule to Stan from within your domain hosting site! This will allow you to use your custom domain anywhere you'd like, and when they click on your domain, they will be redirected to your Stan Store! Please check out this article for more information.

Customer Portal for Digital Product Access 👨‍💻

Having an internal hub, or Customer Portal, for your customers to log in to is something that we only offer for our Course Product. After someone purchases a course from you, they will be able to create a password for easy access in the future.

With the Community feature, customers can access products they’ve purchased from you inside your Community:

Customers will see all products they’ve purchased from you under your Community > Purchases tab.

If they’ve purchased from multiple Creators, their purchases will be organized separately within each Creator’s Community. This means customers do not have a single centralized portal to access purchases across multiple Creators at this time.

We understand many Creators want a fully centralized place where customers can log in and access all of their purchases in one spot. While customers can access products through each Creator’s Community, a single, cross-Creator portal is not available yet — which is why this one is on our Product Roadmap! Although we do not have a timeline for it, keep your eyes peeled for feature updates and Stan news!

Multiple Stan Stores Under One Account 📲

You may find yourself in the position where you have two different audiences, and therefore, you’d like to have two different Stan Stores under 1 account.

As of now, you can sign up for a 2nd account using your referral link, so that you get 20% off your 2nd account! Then, in your Settings, you can toggle between your two different accounts!

About Me Section 🙋

As of now, this feature is not something that we offer for all store themes. However, on the Tyla theme, you do have the ability to add a short bio description! Alternatively, you could use a Digital Download Product as an About Me page. At the bottom of the page, you can use the form as a contact form and set the product as "free".
