Common Feature Requests On Our Radar
At Stan, our main priority is making sure that you have all the tools and systems in order to help you run your online business smoothly! With that being said, there are a handful of features that Stan does not offer yet, but either are on our Product Roadmap, or we're thinking about building soon!
Below is a list of common features requests that we've received that are on our radar:
Product Bundles or Selling Multiple Products Together 📚
Although we do not have a native solution to bundle your existing digital products or services together yet, there are a couple of different ways you can do this on your own!
If you'd like to include multiple files in one offer (i.e. 2 pdf's and an audio), you can combine these files into a .ZIP file and upload them to your digital product! Feel free to call it a "bundle" in your product description!
Or, if you're on our Pro plan, you have access to our Funnels feature, which allows you to add upsells to any product you want...kind of like a bundle! You can also use Order Bumps to create a "bundle-like" offer. To learn more about our membership options, click here.
Pricing Tiers / Different Payment Options 💳
Similar to product bundles, you may be looking for a way to setup different pricing tiers or offer a couple of different ways to charge your customers without having to add a new product per pricing tier.
At this time, we do not have a native solution to offer pricing tiers under 1 product offer, however you can always create these different tiers by creating a new product for each Tier or payment option.
Connecting a Custom Domain to Stan 🔗
Although we do not have a way to for you to connect your custom domain to Stan yet, you can setup a forwarding rule to Stan from within your domain hosting site! This will allow you to use your custom domain anywhere you'd like and when they click on your domain, they will be redirected to your Stan Store!
Customer Portal for Digital Product Access 👨💻
Having an internal hub or "Customer Portal" for your customers to log into is something that we only offer for our Course Product. After someone purchases a course from you, they will be able to create a password for easy access in the future.
We understand that many Creators would like to have a place where they can host all of their digital products for easy customer access, which is why this one is on our Product Roadmap! Although we do not have a timeline for it, keep your eyes pealed for feature updates and Stan news!
Multiple Stan Stores Under One Account 📲
You may find yourself in the position where you have two different audiences, and therefore you’d like to have two different Stan Stores under 1 account.
As of now, you can sign up for a 2nd account using your referral link so that way you get 20% off your 2nd account! Then in your Settings, you can toggle between your two different accounts!
About Me Section 🙋
As of now, this feature is not something that we offer for all store themes. On the Tyla theme, you do have the ability to add a short bio description though! Alternatively, you could use a "Sell a Digital Download" product as an About Me page. At the bottom of the page, you can use the form as a contact form and set the product as "free".
