How to Create a Coaching Call Product

No Calendly? No problem. Stan’s Coaching Call feature makes it super simple to set up and manage your coaching calls β€” all in one place. It connects to your Google Calendar, blocks time for you, and sends the meeting invite automatically. Let’s walk through how to set it up! πŸ“†


Step 1: Add Your Coaching Call Product βž•

  1. Go to the My Store tab and click +Add Product.
  2. Select Coaching Call.


Step 2: Customize the Storefront Thumbnail πŸ“Έ

Under the Thumbnail tab:

  1. Pick a style – Choose your product's appearance on your store (Button, Callout, or Preview).
  2. Upload an image – This is the icon that appears on your storefront.
  3. Add text – Title, Subtitle, and Button text.

πŸ’‘ You’ll see a live preview on the right-hand side as you make changes!

Step 3: Design the Checkout Page 🎨

Under the Checkout Page tab:

  1. Upload an image – This is the banner that appears on your storefront.
  2. Write your product title and description – Tell people what they’ll get in the call.
  3. Set your price – Example: $9.99
    • You can also enable Payment Plans, Discount Codes, and Quantity Limits (Creator Pro plan only).
  4. Collect customer info – Name and email are collected by default; you can add Custom Fields as needed.


Step 4: Set Your Call Availability πŸ•’

Under the Availability tab, you can customize the:

  • Meeting location – Connect Google Calendar and/or Zoom.
  • Time zone + duration – Set how long the call lasts.
  • Prevent last-minute bookings – Avoids last-minute bookings.
  • Max attendees – Great for group calls.
  • Buffer time – Add breaks before/after each call.
  • Advance booking window – Control how far ahead someone can book.
  • Available times – Choose your schedule; use the + to add multiple slots per day.
  • Block off specific dates – Prevent bookings on specific days (like holidays or time off).


Step 5: Customize Emails & Reminders βœ‰οΈ

Under the Options tab, you can add:

  • Confirmation Email – Edit the email your customers receive after booking.

  • Reminder – Set up automated reminder emails (e.g., 1 day or 1 hour before).

  • You can also add Reviews, Order Bumps, Affiliate Share options, and your Community Integration from this tab.

Step 6: Publish or Save as Draft πŸš€

Once everything looks good, scroll to the bottom of the product editor:

  • Click Publish to make your Coaching Call live on your storefront.
  • Or click Save as Draft if you’re not quite ready to launch.

You can come back and edit anytime!
