How to Install Zoom with Stan

1. Go to your Settings > Integrations tab

2. Click Connect next to the Zoom option

3. A popup page will ask you to enter your Zoom account information, click confirm once finished.

4. After confirmation, the Zoom integration status will now be connected!

Usage

1. Stan will create a Zoom Meeting/ Webinar on behalf of you as the user.

2. Stan will also check your availability by checking your Zoom Meeting/ Webinar schedule prior to booking.

Uninstallation and Deauthorization 

There are two ways to uninstall and deauthorize Zoom from Stan, one inside Stan and the other way is through the Zoom App Marketing place.

You only need to complete one option below to completely disconnect Zoom and Stan.

Option A

How to uninstall and deauthorize via Stan:

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab inside Stan

2. Find the Zoom integration option and click Disconnect

3. After disconnecting, the Zoom integration and its cached data will be completely removed from Stan

Option B

Or, uninstall and deauthorize via the Zoom App Marketplace:

1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace

2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or Search for the Gmail App

3. Click the Gmail App

4. Click Uninstall
