How to Connect Stan with Zoom

If you're looking to create a Coaching Call or Webinar product, then you have the option to connect your Stan store with Zoom to host your meetings! This is a great way to seamlessly provide your customers with a link to join your calls.

How to Integrate your Stan Store with Zoom

1. Go to your Settings in the bottom lefthand corner and choose the Integrations tab.
2. You can then click + Connect to integrate your Zoom account with Stan

3. You'll then be directed to another page and prompted to login to your Zoom account. Once you're logged in, you should be all set!

Usage

1. Now that you're connected, you'll have the ability to choose Zoom as your meeting location when setting up a Coaching Call or Webinar product.
2. When a customer purchases from you, they'll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link. This is automatically generated for you by Stan!
3. If you'd like Stan to automatically adjust available time slots based on your calendar, you'll need to connect your Google Calendar. As of right now, Stan does not integrate with a Zoom calendar. If a customer books a meeting that's showing on your Zoom calendar, you'll need to manually add the event to your Google Calendar, so the time is blocked off.
