How Do I Manually Give Access or Add a Customer to a Product?

Sometimes there's a need to add someone to your course or digital product without them signing up on their own! Maybe it's someone that you want to proofread the course for you, or maybe it's a loyal fan that you want to offer the course for free!


Follow the steps below to learn how to grant product access to your customer:


1.Head to the Customers tab in your Stan account.

2. Use the filter to find the customer you want to grant access to

3. Once you have filtered to the customer, then click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner

4. From the dropdown, select Grant Product Access

5. Next, select the product you'd like to grant access to from the dropdown

6. Click Grant Product Access to confirm!
