How to Create Tags with Email Flows
You can add a tag to your contacts in 2 ways:
- If you want to manually add tags 1 by 1, go to your Customers tab, click on any customer and then select the Edit Customer button and start typing in the name of the tag you want to add.
- If you want to add a tag in bulk, you will be given the option to do so once you upload your CSV file. Just be sure to add the tag before you click the Confirm button!
Q: Can I delete my contacts?
A: No, you cannot delete contacts right now so we recommend tagging your contacts once you've added the tag, go ahead and create your Email Broadcast and toggle on the Exclude Users toggle and then select the tag that you created to exclude those users from receiving the emails!
