How to Access Custom Field Responses from Your Checkout

You have the ability to add additional fields to your checkout if you'd like to gather more information from your customers, such as phone number, location, etc. After you collect this information, you can export it from your Income tab and filter by that specific purchase.


📣 Important

Custom field responses are only included when exporting from the Income tab. Exporting from the Customers tab will not include this data.


How to export your custom field responses


  1. Go to your Income tab.
  2. Use the filters to select the specific product you want data for.
  3. Click the Download CSV button.



💡 Tip: Filtering by product ensures you’re only exporting the most relevant data.



Where to find your custom field responses


Once you open your CSV file:

  • Each custom field will appear as its own column.
  • These columns are located toward the far right of the file.
  • Each column is labeled based on the field you created (e.g., Phone Number, Location, etc.).



How to organize your data


You can open and organize your CSV file using:

  • Excel
  • Google Sheets
  • Apple Numbers

From there, you can sort, filter, or segment your customer data however you’d like.
