How to Collect Information from Customers at Checkout
When creating a digital product, you can edit your Checkout Page to collect important information from your customers!
How to edit your checkout fields
- Head to your My Store tab.
- Click into a product in your Stan Store to edit it.

- Go to the Checkout Page and scroll down to Collect info.

- This is where you'll collect information from your customers. Our system requires both Name and Email, but the rest is totally up to you!

- You can choose between a variety of different field options, such as Text, Multiple Choice, Dropdown, and Checkboxes.

- Once you choose additional Checkout fields to add, you can also make them Required! This means that your customer cannot complete the purchase without filling out the field you've created.

- Once it's done, you can publish to your live Stan store checkout and test it out for yourself!
Collecting Custom Info from Customers
Maybe you'd like to ask your customers more specific questions prior to booking a call with you, or perhaps you'd like to learn more about how they found you! You can add as many form fields as you'd like to any product on Stan โ here's how ๐ช
- Head over to any product and click on the Checkout Page tab.
- Scroll down to Collect Info.
- Click on + Add Field and decide between the following types of questions:
- Multiple choice
- Checkboxes
- Dropdown
- Text
