Stripe 1099-K Form

It's that time of year again! If you're eligible for a 1099-K form, Stripe will send it directly to the email address you have on file with your Stripe account through Stan. You can also download your 1099-K form directly from Settings > Payments in Stan! Here's what that looks like on your end:

You'll be eligible to receive a 1099-K form if you generated $20K+ across more than 200 transactions in 2025. With that in mind, states also have varying reporting thresholds. It's best to consult with a tax professional regarding any specific questions you may have regarding filing or taxes!
