Why is My Payment Plan Not Processing?

If your customer paid for their product using a payment plan, then they will be charged on an ongoing basis! There are a handful of reasons why customers' payment installments may not be processing:


  1. A customer's credit card may not be processing due to insufficient funds or an expired card.
  2. Or, the payment plan may be delayed 1-2 days.

Please wait 1-3 business days in order to see if the payment plan has been processed. If not, we recommend reaching out to your customer to see if they need to update their billing information.
