How to Pause Your Stan Account

To "Pause" your account, you will need to Cancel your subscription. Your account information and products will be saved and you can Reactivate your subscription anytime to "Unpause."

How to Cancel my Stan Subscription

  1. Log into your Stan account > click on the Settings tab in the bottom left-hand corner
  2. Select the Billing tab
  3. Then click Cancel Subscription and follow the remaining questions to cancel your account.

How to Reactivate my Stan Subscription

  1. Head over to https://admin.stan.store and select Login
  2. Login to your previous Stan account using your login credentials
    1. If you can't remember your password, you can always reset it from this page
  3. You will then be prompted to enter an active credit or debit card to reactive your account
  4. After clicking submit, your credit card on file will be charged right away and your Stan Store will be live!
