How to Setup Your Calendar Availability
If you're looking to offer a Coaching Call or Webinar on your Stan Store, you'll first need to set your calendar availability to make sure you don't get overbooked! With Stan, you will be able to set specific availability for each calendar product that you offer, but you can also set your availability for your whole account! πͺ
Setting Calendar Availability per Product
- Head to your My Store tab and add a Coaching Call or Webinar type product to your Stan Store.
- Navigate to the Availability tab, and edit the settings to reflect your availability:
Next, choose where you would like to host your meeting! Be sure to have your Integrations set up (i.e. Google Calendar or Zoom). This will allow us to automatically send a meeting link directly to your customers when they purchase your product!
Here is what each setting indicates:
π Google Meet: Your customer will be sent a calendar invite with a Google Meet link.
π₯ Zoom: Your customer will be sent a Zoom meeting invitation. If you also have Google Calendar connected, both you and your customer will receive a calendar invite!
ποΈ Default: If you have Zoom or Google Calendar connected, it will generate a meeting link from one of the two integrations and send a calendar invite.
π Custom: No link or calendar invite will be sent β this setting is best for in-person meetings!
Call Customization
Once you choose a meeting location, you can configure the rest of your call settings! Here's what you can customize:
β° Choose Your Time Zone: Select your local time zone. Please note that when your customers select a time slot, they will see your calendar in their local timezone!
β³Duration (min): Choose the length of the meeting by selecting anywhere from 15 to 480 minutes.
β Prevent Booking Within X Hours of Current Time: This will prevent any appointments that are within a certain amount of time from "now" so you arenβt booked last minute! 12-24 hours is recommended.
π― Max Attendees: Host a group Coaching Call or a Webinar by setting the number of attendees who are able to purchase a seat.
π€ Adding Breaks Between Meetings: You can add a break before or after your event so you have time to rest and prepare prior to your next meeting! Configure this setting by adding time before or after your meetings:
β Select Available Times: Please use this section to set your availability! You can also add multiple time slots throughout the day by clicking on the + icon next to the first slot:
Blocking Off Specific Dates
No problem! Once you sync your Google Calendar with your Stan account, your Stan availability will consider any existing meetings, blocks, or events that you have added on your Google Calendar. That being said, you can also block off those dates/ times directly within Stan! π€©
- First, select Block off specific dates
- Next, to manually block off more time from within Stan, select an empty time/date of the calendar, or select the +Block Time button.
- Choose a date and time range you'd like to block off so that fans see it as unavailable (Note this view is in your time zone).
- From = the date/ time the block begins
- To = the date/ time the block ends
- Click Save and you're good to go! π
