How to Refund Your Customers
If you'd like to refund your customer for any reason, you can easily do so from within your Income tab in Stan đź’¸
Steps to Refund Your Customers
- First, head over to your Income tab.
- Use the filters to locate the customer's order that you would like to refund.

- Once located, click on the transaction.
- On the next page, select Refund.

- Lastly, click Submit.

đź’ˇ Keep in mind that refunds usually take up to 5-10 business days to reflect on your customer's bank statement, so be sure to let them know to hang tight!
📣 Heads Up!
- As the Creator, you’ll still be responsible for covering Stripe’s processing fee. This fee is not returned by Stripe when a refund is issued.
- At this time, it is not possible to process partial refunds.
Note: Creators on Stan manage their own products, services, and refund policies. Stan cannot guarantee refunds for purchases made through a Creator’s Stan store. To request a refund, please contact the Creator directly using the contact information on your receipt. If you need help reaching them, Stan Support can help pass along your request, but refund decisions are handled by the Creator.
