How to Create a Custom Product
Whether it's personalized video responses, audits, or reviews, Custom Products give you the flexibility to create and sell what truly resonates with your followers. Explore how to leverage this feature to enhance your connection with your audience and boost your sales! π
How to Create a Custom Product
- Head over to your My Store tab, and click + Add Product at the bottom of the page.
- Select Custom Product.
- On the Thumbnail tab, you can choose how you'd like the product to display on your storefront by adding an image and selecting a style.
- Navigate over to the Checkout Page tab to select an image for the header, and write up a title and description for your checkout page. This is what your customers will see when they click into the product to complete their purchase!
- Set the price (Just a heads up β Add Discount Code, Limit Quantity, and Payment Plans are only available on our Pro plan β¨).
- Confirm what information you want to collect from your customers and add additional fields if you'd like (π‘ You can ask for phone numbers, text, multiple-choice, drop-down, or checkboxes).
- In the Options tab you can:
- Add Reviews
- Add Email Flows, Order Bumps, Affiliate Share (β¨Creator Pro features!)
- Integrate your Community
- Customize your Confirmation Email
- Click Publish at the bottom of the page, and your product is now live! π
What happens when someone purchases my Custom Product?
- Once your product has been purchased, youβll immediately receive an email with the order details.
- Record your video and click the Fulfill Order button to upload your video response.
- Your customer will then receive an email with their order!
π‘ Success Tip!
Be sure to let your customers know when they can expect to receive the product (e.g. within 48 hours)! Setting clear expectations helps create a better customer experience. You can include this information in your Product Description or in the Confirmation Email!
