How to Get Started with Email Flows

In this video, you'll learn all about how to get started with our new Email Flows feature including how to import your existing email list, the differences between Email Flows and Broadcasts, and much more!


How to Create an Email Flow

  1. Click on the Email Flows tab and select Get Started
  2. Next, you'll be prompted to either import a contact list now, or you can skip and do this later.
  3. You'll then be prompted to enter your business address, which is required by law in order to send marketing emails. You can read more about that here.
  4. Click on Add Flow and give your Email Flow a name and decide who you would like to receive the flow.


Adding More Emails to Your Flow

  1. To add a second email for your email flow, be sure to click "Save Draft" on your current email.
  2. Next, click on the button that says +Add Email

  1. Start editing your next email and continue the process until all emails in your flow are complete!

Editing Your Email Flow

When editing your Email Flow, you will be given the option to customize the timing, subject line, email body and the quantity of emails you would like to send. Follow the steps below.

  1. Decide on when you would like your new customer to receive your email. Choose between minutes, hours or days after purchase of your digital product.
  2. Next, write a subject line or use our existing template
  3. Write your email body or use our existing template!

🙌 You have the ability to add images & GIF's to your email body, however you will only be able to hyperlink out to videos in order to help with deliverability. In addition, we do not yet support the ability to add PDFs or external files. As a workaround, you can create a Private Landing Page with a Digital Download product.


How to Create an Email Broadcast

  1. Click on the Broadcast tab to get started.
  2. Next, click on the Send Email button in the upper right corner.
  3. From there, you will be prompted to choose who you would like to send your broadcast to. You can select multiple groups or lists
  4. Next, choose if you would like to exclude any groups as well!
  5. Edit your email the same way that you would an Email Flow.
  6. Next, click Send in order to Send Now, or Schedule an Email.
