Why Is My Order Bump Not Working?

Great question! Here are a few things you should check if Order Bumps aren't working as expected!

  1. Make sure you're on our Creator Pro subscription!
  2. Order bumps must be a paid product. You cannot use a free product with Order Bumps.
  3. An Order Bump must be a Digital Download, Community or Course product.
  4. Order Bumps are not available for Funnels.
